KLWMBC(Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band Competition 2007) merupakan sebahagian daripada Open International Competition dan 2009 Qualifying Round WCMSB(WAMSB WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS for MARCHING SHOW BANDS). Semua band yang layak akan mengambil bahagian pada World Music Contest(WMC) di Kerkrade,Belanda. KLWMBC juga merupakan salah satu acara yang termasuk dalam event WAMSB Classification: Class AAA, level 1 .

Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band Competition (KLWMBC) 2008 will be holding their fourth road show and Ticket Sales Launching at Plaza Damas, Sri Hartamas in conjunction with Malaysian Motorsports Concourse 2008. Among the exciting itinerary for the day includes: performance by the Klang High School Marching Band at 1150am and 1330pm. Tickets is available for sale at 10% discount..

Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band Competition (KLWMBC) 2008 will be holding their third roadshow at Jusco Kinta City Shopping Centre, Ipoh Perak this coming May 19. Among the exciting itinerary for the day includes: performances by the Marching Band; colouring contest for children; performances by KLWMBC Ambassador - popular local artiste (Andy from Flop Poppy); quizzes, lucky draw and fun games.

Among the exciting itinerary for the day includes: performances by the Marching Band; colouring contest for children; performances by KLWMBC Ambassador - popular local artiste (Andy from Flop Poppy); quizzes, lucky draw and fun games.

Penangites as always came out in droves to welcome us at the Queensbay Mall. The road show itself was a resounding success by all standards, with over five hundred people signing up as KLWMBC FRENZ members.. Our crew was kept busy attending to the thousands that came to the KLWMBC road show.

Saturday, 5 April 2008 marks the launch of KLWMBC 2008. The launch of KLWMBC 2008 was graced by the Minister of Tourism, Yang Berhormat Dato' Sri Azalina Binti Dato' Othman Said at The Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur.
It was estimated that more than 1,000 people turned up to witness the launch ceremony.

KUALA LUMPUR, April 5 (Bernama) -- The Tourism Ministry is weighing suggestions that the Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band Competition (KLWMBC) be held in other cities in the country too. The minister, Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said said the ministry has received positive feedback on the idea, from the organiser as well as the participants.
